- Arrow is an American drama series that follows what happens when billionaire playboy Oliver Queen returns from being stranded on an island for five years. After his ordeal Queen (Stephen Amell) decides to becomea masked vigilante archer to take down the threats that are corrupting the city he loves and the people he cares about. However keeping a secret identity when you're a high profile celebrity isn't all that easy.
