Asphyxia (2017)

Iranian crime drama written and directed by Fereydoun Jeyrani. The film follows Sahra (Elnaz Shakerdust), the head nurse at a psychiatric hospital caring for a new patient named Nassim (Pardis Ahmadieh). After discovering Nassim is faking her symptoms in order to escape her failing marriage with abusive husband Masoud (Navid Mohammadzadeh), Sahra soon finds herself in grave danger as she is drawn into a treacherous game of cat and mouse.
