Skotlett City is still traumatized by the catastrophic big cow pie party. James Bataille ( Jason Flemyng) has ended up in prison and this time he escapes, determined to find Concia (Vanessa Paradis), his fiancée who wants to become a country singer. But unfortunately, not everything happens as he would have liked...The elements are unleashed against him: starfish from another world stick on the faces of people, the future impresario of Concia, Allan Chiasse (Benoît Poelvoorde), turns into a sprawling monster, his bimbo, the sexy Kitty (Mar Sodupe) too, the Sam Paradiso bar is decimated. It seems a lot for this little village and yet it is only a beginning...
