Back to the Garden: Flower Power Comes Full Circle (2009)

Nearly 20 years after he first documented the lives of the "hippies" that populated the Healing Gathering commune in rural Washington, filmmaker Kevin Tomlinson returns to see what the intervening decades have meant for the lifelong nonconformists. In the wake of global warming, political unrest, economic hardship and worldwide violence, the views of Tomlinson's back-to-the-land subjects seem far less radical than they did in the Reagan era.
