Host Mark Dolan puts a team of comedians and performers to the ultimate challenge: he and his studio audience want to know just one thing - who has the biggest Balls of Steel? His special guests are keen to prove themselves by performing death-defying stunts, holding their nerve during hidden camera setups or by being juvenile and stupid in the presence of celebrities.
