- Synopsis:
- English drama about a British Roman Catholic priest who moves to Ireland to become part of a small town community as he works as a priest in the local church. The series follow Father Peter Clifford (Stephen Tompkinson) as he adjusts to life in small town Ireland. He must contend with a bizarre superior in Father Frank MacAnally (Naill Toibin) and an eclectic group of parishioners who make his life both difficult and surprisingly entertaining as he struggles to adjust to a slower version of the life he was living.
