- Synopsis:
- Bamboo Blade is a Japanese animated drama series about a Kendo club leader and the five girls he has under his tutelage. The series follows Toraji, a Kendo club instructor and Tamaki, a young girl who is approached by him to join the club. Together with four other girls Toraji makes a team of fighters, hoping he can defeat a fellow club teacher’s class of girls, something that is a fair way off unless he trains up these new and inexperienced girls.
