Total Body Plan is designed to shape and tone the whole body through 5 sequences:
- 15 minute Firm Up - stretches to energise, tone and firm the entire body
- Flat Stomach Plan - movements to tone abdominals, midriff and waistline
- Hip & Thigh Plan - sequence to firm and tone thighs and bottom
- 5 Minute Facial - simple but effective exercises to correct a double chin and reduce frown lines
- Total Body & Mind Plan- deep relaxation stretches fantastic for stress busting
