Rent Basilisk Series (2005 - 2005)

Basilisk is a Japanese anime series about a century old conflict and the competition designed to end the hostilities for good. The series details the conflict between the Iga and Kouga clans, both of which has been content with a cease fire for years until the latest Shogun steps down leaving a power vacuum. A competition between a group of ninjas is designed to stop war from breaking out but some predict it may just be inevitable.
