- Lupine virus spreads like wildfire all over Manhattan that are quarantined. The fear spreads further out along with the entire New York while innocent people quickly turn into savage werewolves. The military takes control of the city. Major Hoffman (Craig Sheffer) tries desperately to find a cure. While General Monning (Dennis Haysbert) want to take advantage of the opportunity to develop a new weapon to arm.
