World-renowned fiddler Michael Doucet formed BeauSoleil in 1975 to help preserve his Cajun musical heritage. Perennial fan favorites at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, their celebrated repertoire includes both original material and Cajun classics. This 2002 performance confirms BeauSoleil as "the best Cajun band in the world".
