- Prince Leon (Alessandro Preziosi), who once had it all, is plagued by his wife's death after a fatal fire that left him disfigured, turning him into a mysterious and cruel man - hated and feared by all. That is until the innocent and naïve Bella (Blanca Suárez) comes to Leon's castle offering her services as a maid. Leon begins to fall madly in love with her, despite the decieitful tricks of his mistress, Helene (Léa Bosco). Will there truly be a happily ever after? Set in France in the late 1700's.
