- Synopsis:
- Beauty and the Beast is the 2012 incarnation of the 1756 novel and 1987 television series. This series is an American production, and features Kristin Kreuk and Jay Ryan as the leading pair. We begin the tale nine years after Catherine Chandler both witnesses her mother’s murder, and is saved by a beast. Catherine is now a detective with the NYPD, which leads her to Vincent Keller. The more she gets to know Keller, the more she discovers their history, and why Keller has been missing.
