Fisher Stevens directs this documentary following noted environmentalist Leonardo DiCaprio as he travels across the world to investigate the impact and dangers of man-made climate change on our ecosystems, native communities and endangered species as natural disasters become increasingly frequent and intense. His journey takes him to the tar sands of Alberta, Canada, regularly flooded Miami, air-polluted Beijing and areas of Indonesia where deforestation has reached a crisis point. The documentary features interviews with UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon, Pope Francis and Barack Obama, among others.
