When Sébastien is nine years old, Pierre Maréchal, Sébastien's real father, trainer of racing horses, receives an anonymous letter stating that he has a son. He instructs his notary to find out where the boy lives and whether the story is correct. When Cesar shows him the medallion of Sebastien's mother, they agree that Sebastien is going to live with his father. Cesar goes to help him get used to his new environment. However, this is not without a struggle. Belle can't get along with the horses and Sylvia, the fiancé his father and the daughter of his biggest client, doesn't want to know anything about Sébastien. When Sylvia's cousin sets the fiance against each other, Sylvia breaks the engagement. Her father takes his horses away and Pierre only has two horses left: Monseigneur and Lancelot. Fortunately, old Thomas and César are still there, but the question is how long they can keep the business going….
