Bhagwaan Dada (1986)

Swaroop (Rakesh Roshan) is a naive villager who goes to the city, where he loses all his money to a thief. He is befriended by a character called Bhagwaan (Rajinikanth) who helps him recover what was stolen and convinces him to return to his village. There, Bhagwaan helps him find employment and lodgings and soon meets an attractive women named Bijli (Sridevi). Swaroop will soon discover that his new friends are not what they seem.
