- Synopsis:
- Black Butler is a Japanese anime series set in Victorian era London, which follows 12 year old orphan Ciel and his butler, Sebastian Michaelis. Following the mysterious fire which killed both of his parents, Ceil returns to the household with the enigmatic Sebastian, who appears to all to be a dedicated aide and ultimate master of his craft. However, the black-clad butler is, in reality, a demon to whom Ceil has promised his soul if he assists with his plans to avenge the death of his parents.
