- When Detective Don Morell (Mario Van Peebles) witnesses the state execution of serial killer Claude Whitman (James Remar), he thinks he has finally laid to rest the case that almost destroyed his marriage, his sanity and his life. But when the former jury members begin to be brutally murdered one by one, Morell recognises the cryptic Biblical messages left at the crime scenes. Is it possible that Whitman is still alive and back to fulfil his demonic agenda?
