Synopsis:
Half of all marine life has been lost in the last 40 years and by 2050 there will be more plastic in the sea than fish. Feature documentary 'Blue' takes us on a provocative journey into the ocean realm, witnessing a critical moment when the marine world is on a precipice. Passionate advocates for ocean preservation take us into the world of changing oceans to see our impacts upon the whales, sharks, turtles, sea lions, birds, corals and the myriad sea life upon which our oceans, and planet, depend. 'Blue' shows us there is a way forward and the time to act is now.

The shocking effects of today's throw away culture. - Blue review by MA

Spoiler Alert
28/07/2020

This very well made documentary shows how the effects of modern life is destroying the natural world, it is quite shocking to see how the quest for ever greater profits in our globalised world is causing such destruction to wild life, through pollution and wanton fishing practices, this film should be compulsory viewing for manufacturers of single use plastic containers in the hope that this destruction can be halted.
