- Synopsis:
- After being attacked on the streets of New York, Lisa Roberts (Courteney Cox) moves to a trailer in the remote southwest of the United States. There she meets Randall Atkins (Craig Sheffer), a visitor to the area. He attempts to seduce Lisa, but she calls the police, who inform her that he is a known sex offender. Randall is arrested and Lisa becomes close to the police officer, Steve Smith (D.B. Sweeney). When Randall makes bail he tries to warn her that Steve plans to kill her, but Lisa doesn't know who to believe. She soon realizes that the desert is just as frightening as the city, but not before she is confronted with the truth about Randall and Steve.
