- Synopsis:
- Blue Murder is a British crime drama about a talented but overworked female police detective and her life as a single mother of four following her divorce. The series follows Detective Chief Inspector Janine Lewis (Caroline Quentin) as she tries to balance her work life with her personal life, something that proves difficult when her husband leaves her and starts a new family. The series follows the many crimes she investigates as well as the mundane yet important parts of her life at home, something that seems to bleed into her work more and more thanks to her new situation.
