The second coming of rock and roll and the Teddy Boys hit the UK in the late 1970's and this compelling documentary from 1985 shows this revival through the eyes of a weekend pilgrimage of Teddy Boys, Rockabilly Rebels and Rockers. As the crowds gather to pay homage to the man who first brought rock and roll to England - Bill Haley and The Comets - the cameras are there to witness the jiving and celebration of the birth of British Rock and Roll with a look back to stars such as Billy Fury and Cliff Richard and performances from the new generation of rock 'n' roll bands taking on Bill Haley's mantle: Crazy Cavan and the Rhythm Rockers, Matchbox, Flying Saucers, Freddie Fingers Lee and Ray Campi and his Rockabilly Rebels.
