- Mayor Tom Kane's (Kelsey Grammer) grip on Chicago is as powerful as ever. Given how often Kelsey Grammer takes frothy lightweight roles it was refreshing to see him take on something a bit more serious even if the raunchy sex scenes were a bit over done.
