Synopsis:
Horror based on the life of the infamous serial killer, Dennis L. Rader. Kane Hodder plays Rader, the murderer who tortured and killed his victims over two decades while evading the police for 30 years. Living a seemingly normal life as a husband, father, security officer and church president, Rader's thirst for blood ultimately leads him to commit the most horrific crimes imaginable.
