Rent Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040 (1998 - 1999)

Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040 is a Japanese animated series about a battle against the growing threat being caused by a mysterious corperation. The series follows Linna as she moves to Tokyo and discovers a world infested with Boomers, sentient robots that act as worker robots. However when a percentage of these robots go rogue and start hurting people it turns to a select few people including Linna to stop them and find out why they are malfunctioning or if they are following orders.
