Perennial loser Budgie Bird (Adam Faith) is nearing the end of his prison sentence, but what's he going to do when he gets out? Where can he go? His girlfriend Hazel's (Lynn Dalby)'s dumped him and his wife hasn't visited him the whole time he's been in the nick. He also has money troubles - not only is he skint but he owes too. Then he's paid a visit by Charlie Endell (Iain Cuthbertson), but will this make things better or much, much worse..?
