Rent Butterflies (1978 - 1983)

Butterflies is a British comedy series about a happily married woman who starts up a relationship with another man but fights the urge to consummate the relationship. The series follows Ria Parkinson (Wendy Craig) as she starts up a unique friendship with Leonard (Bruce Montague), one she secretly thinks about moving forward. However her marriage with Ben (Geoffrey Palmer) is a happy one and she finds herself in an awkward position with her newfound friendship, her devoted husband and her children, all of which seem to take up most of her time as she tries to make a decision.
