Eric Hayes makes his living off the misery of others... he roams the streets with his camera waiting to capture the latest "story" to sell to the highest bidder. One lonely evening he drives into the depths of downtown LA and is distracted by a shadow in the distance. Grabbing his camera, he frantically takes chase, only to stumble upon a gruesome, cannibalistic murder unfolding before his very eyes. Taking his footage to one of his TV buyers he discovers that he had forgotten to load any film. Determined to profit from what he has seen he returns to the scene of the crime with Clift a fellow video freelancer. As he is drawn into the darkness, what he discovers forces him to confront the depravity he has helped to promote. Zombies, cannibals and flesh-eaters emerge from below the streets of Hollywood to feed on the homeless and underprivileged. But will Eric live to tell his tale... - Actors:
