Literary assistant at Editions Le Felin, Adele (Sylvie Testud) is a young woman in her thirties, very surrounded; between Marie (Constance Dollé), her colleague and friend to stories of love too short, and Emmanuel Calais (Stéphan Wojtowicz), his boss editor and inveterate seducer; between Marc (Marc Fayet) and Fanny (Anne Loiret), a couple of friends with exuberant requests, and his "three men": Robert (Laurent Stocker), who always asks too many questions, François (Gilles Cohen), married man delighted to have a double life and Guillaume (Nicolas Giraud), young ex-prisoner to the looking for shelter. But in this very busy schedule, it is a chance meeting that will allow Adele, the "young woman who can not say no", to finally access his own desires. Morning after morning, in the cafe where they meet, Adele will confide in Matteo (Stefano Accorsi), Italian journalist and writer out of inspiration. And where Matteo finds the subject of her new novel, Adèle will find the love and the desire to finally say yes for herself.
