- A government agent is looking for a missing scientist. He believes that a revolutionary leader known as General Miguel (Christopher Lee) has kidnapped him to obtain a formula which accelerates the aging process. The agent sends Steve Rogers AKA Captain America (Reb Brown) to find and rescue the scientist. Captain America discovers the general's plan to blackmail the US, threatening to spray the age-accelerating chemical on a major city if his demands are not met... But the President does not negotiate with terrorists, can Captain America save the day?
