The 80,000 people who arrived in Kinshasa, Zaire for the Mohammed Ali-George Foreman fight and a three day music festival never imagined anything like it. The stage was filled with Latin music's most revered artists dancing, singing and playing the music of American salsa that was completely new to a native African audience. All these superstars on stage together produced one of the hottest performances in salsa history. With incredible footage shot by Leon Gast, winner of an Academy Award (When We Were Kings), this concert features Celia Cruz, Johnny Pacheco and the Fania All Stars, Ray Barretto, Santos Colon, Cheo Feliciano, Larry Harlow, Pupi Laganetta, Hector Lavoe, Nicky Marrero, Ismael Miranda, Ismael Quintana, Roberto Roena, Jorge Santana, Yomo Toro and Bobby Valentin...
