Ludicrous plot asking us to believe that Uma Thurman would even contemplate choosing a homunculus like Michael Angarano over Lee Pace, even if the latter is a British tosser. I quote the New York Times: 'the Zoe-Sam connection is preposterous on any level. The movie hints that Zoe has an impulsive wild streak, but because it devotes more time to her insufferable stalker, her character remains only a sketch.' And 'Mr. Pace’s smooth performance channels the young Peter Lawford by way of Pierce Brosnan. Unlike the rest of the characters, Whit at least has a surface charm.' Which no one else in this film does. Avoid.
