Chakra's are energy centres in and around the body, it is said that they can be likened to swirling vortices or whirlpools of energy. Early manuscripts spoke of the three Chakra's, slowly more were discovered, and today it is accepted that there are seven major and many more minor Chakra's, each siring at its own speed and frequency of vibration. In relaxation, not just one colour is prominent, all seven colours of the major Chakra's violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange and red are embraced by pictures of the sky, country panoramas, flowers and water.
