Chakra's are energy centres in and around the body, it is said that they can be likened to swirling vortices or whirlpools of energy. Early manuscripts spoke of the three Chakra's, slowly more were discovered, and today it is accepted that there are seven major and many more minor Chakra's, each swirling as its own speed and frequency of vibration. The path that leads us through the shimmering wood to tranquil scenes of great beauty gives us green as the predominant colour on this video.
