Chaos Factor (2000)

When it is discovered that a top secret plan to instigate a war between the U.S. and China will be implemented at the U.N. Peace Conference it falls to two unlikely people to take matters into their own hands in order to thwart the deadly operation. Jack teams up with beautiful martial arts expert Kim and the two take on a beast much bigger than they ever anticipated - and more deadly then they ever imagined.
