Ms. Lenze (Alicia von Rittberg) recovers after an appendicitis but has to work off the fees for her treatment by working as a nurse...As German defeat becomes inevitable, the Charité staff struggle to treat patients without supplies and await the Russians' arrival with mixed feelings...During the Minister of Health's heart transplant, the Charité server falls victim to a cyber-attack by opponents of reform, endangering a large number of patients. Shaken by the death of her father and the prospect of a break with Julia (Angelina Häntsch), Maral (Sesede Terziyan) is offered a prestigious position. She also wins a major medical prize for her discoveries on paleobacteria, but surprises everyone with her speech...
