Children of the Sun (2019)

Dinara Punchihewa and Sajitha Anuththara star in this Sinhala-language historical drama written and directed by Prasanna Vithanage. In 1814, Tikiri (Punchihewa) is stripped of her nobility and forced to marry Vijaya (Anuththara), who is considered an outcast. They initially struggle to co-exist but soon, they are each all the other has, and they must rely upon one another if they are going to survive.
