Chorlton and the Wheelies: Happiness Is Hatched (1976)

Collection of episodes from the popular 1970's animated series which takes place in 'Wheelie World',a place inhabited by a race of creatures called 'The Wheelies'. The Wheelies adopt into their society a 'happiness dragon' called Chorlton,who hatches out of an egg. Chorlton is rather clueless but is treated as a hero because his presence negates the unhappiness magic cast by the evil Kettle Witch, Fenella.
