- Christina (Janet Gaynor) lives with her father in a Dutch fishing village. A circus arrives and handsome Jan (Charles Morton) attracts all feminine interests. He and Christina fall in love, but Mrs. Bosman (Lucy Doraine), the circus owner, is after Jan and will try to separate them.
