- Synopsis:
- Having just moved to Edmonton from Los Angeles on Christmas Eve, the Saunders family have no friends, no money and, with the exception of bright-eyed 6-year-old Mary, no Christmas spirit. But things soon perk up when Mary and 12-year-old Brian find a satchel of money at the local mall allowing the family to launch into a seasonal shopping spree. That is, until the crooks who counterfeited the money find out it's missing and begin to give chase.
