Christopher Crocodile: Seaside Stories (1993)

In the little village of Muddy Town it is time for a special garden party, until the rain comes along and threatens to ruin the big day! Christopher Crocodile has a place to save the party and invents a flying bicycle to try and blow the rain clouds away. Things don't quite go to plan and instead he manages to blow all the villagers into a farm cart! But Christopher's invention eventually manages to move the party away from the storm clouds to the sunny seaside where everyone has a wonderful day!
