- Synopsis:
- Half-wit reporter Steve Roberts (Gary Daniels) has a friend Dr. Charlie Venco a research scientist in the field of blood diseases; he contacts Steve to do a story on his anticipated breakthrough of a drug called "Blue Mist" 100% addictive and attaches itself to the users DNA. A genetic narcotic that would change the world if it was ever allowed to hit the streets. The day Steve arrives at Charlie's mansion in Havana, he is just in time for his friend's funeral. Dr. Venco had supposedly died in a boating accident? Russian drug barons run this island and they will stop at nothing to get hold of the formula. No one is safe in this City of Fear.
