- Synopsis:
- City of Friends is a childrens television series that follows three new arrivals to the city that have been recruited into the cities emergency services as they patrol around the city to help those in need. The series follows Max, Ted and Elphie as they team up to help investigate the various problems across the city and ensure that everyone remains happy and peaceful. With each others help they can avert disasters, combat fires and do almost anything they put their mind to.
