- Synopsis:
- A tough drug enforcement cop stumbles unwittingly into an international conspiracy engineered jointly by the CIA, the KGB and the Royal Canadian Mounted police. At the centre of the conspiracy is a hired assassin turned cold blooded killer, a homicidal maniac. Discovering that this is one case that can't be dealt with by the book, John Hyde (Martin Sheen) and Derek McKenzie (Michael Ontkean), a mismatched duo in every way, struggle to survive in this hard 'no rules' game of counter-espionage.
