- Take a galaxy of top-name comedians, add the man who brought you "Bachelor Party" and "Police Academy", throw in a military academy and what do you get? You get 'Combat Academy' - the funniest solution to U.S. - Soviet relations since Khrushchev! Keith Gordon and Wally Ward play, respectively, a wisecracking hipster and borderline nerd who live only to play practical jokes. To atone for comical sins, they are sent to Kirkland Military Academy, AKA "Combat Academy". And once they get there, you'll have a hard time wiping that smile off your face, soldier.
