- Sentenced to death by lethal injection, psychopath Lee Ray Oliver gets a last minute reprieve. The catch? He must become a human guinea pig for a mind-altering drug that will suppress his compulsion to kill. It’s a deal he can’t refuse, and co he’s smuggled out of prison, given a new identity and under the watchful eye of scientist, Dr. Copeland begins a new life. But the medication triggers a chilling side effect and he’s tormented by flashbacks of his violent past and the terrible crimes he has committed.
