Hank suckers Oscar into buying his old outboard motor - using money he stole from Emma (Janet Wright)...Fitzy (Cavan Cunningham) had the town in an uproar over getting a traffic light installed and J-walking banned. Hank (Fred Ewanuick) and Oscar (Eric Peterson) take it upon themselves to start a rebellion. Lacey makes the "Ruby Club" sandwich but soon regrets it. Emma offers To design a tattoo for Wanda but her drawings are terrible...A big air show is on nearby and the people of Dog River are very excited but Lacey's breach of airshow protocol has many in town upset. Thankfully with the help of the Snowbirds, Lacey almost manages to make things right. Meanwhile, business at Brent's gas station hits an unexpected snag while Hank's new corn stand scheme exceeds all expectations. And after a rash of vandalism, Karen (Tara Spencer-Nairn) and Davis (Lorne Cardinal) take to the streets on bikes to do some face-to-face community policing. But Karen is oddly reluctant...
