- Synopsis:
- Detective Ray Thompson (Nic Nemeth) has been on duty for a while for having fired a colleague under the cloak of thanks. However, he is forced back when Seattle police receive a video recording where a young boy is strapped to a bomb and the villains threaten that there will be no boy anymore if they do not get a large sum of money.
