- Synopsis:
- Kevin Hawkins (Erik Palladino), is a thief out of hiding and starting a new life. He becomes a chopper and teams up with Hill Dorset (David Moscow) and Winston (Peter Jason), supplying hot cars to arch boss Vincent (Michael Madsen). Kevin has a secret Vincent and his crew, not even his girlfriend, Penny (Heather Marie Marsden) can discover. Kevin is working undercover for the FBI.
