- Synopsis:
- He's a lover, a mentor and a friend, but Art Stoner (Tom berenger) is also a cold, calculated killer who charms his way into people's lives. The mysterious murderer assumes the identities of his victims, but when his trail of death and deceit takes him to a small fishing town and a job in an isolated lighthouse, it seems the bloodbath may finally be over. He forms a bond with Mike (Tygh Runyan), a troubled young man who also lives and works in the tower, and falls in love with his fisherman sister Kate (Rachel Hayward). But is he merely pretending to care about them before slaying again? Will they figure out who he really is in time?
